SimlyX is an Over-The-Top (OTT) Voice-over-IP software application. SimlyX is NOT a traditional telecommunications carrier and DOES NOT support emergency telephone calls to 911 (USA/Canada), 999 (UK), 112 (Europe), 000 (Australia), or equivalent public emergency service centers. You must maintain standard wireless cellular or landline service for all emergency communications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SimlyX mobile applications, web portals, or website (simlyx.com), you enter into a legally binding agreement with SimlyX ("we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from accessing our platform, purchasing virtual numbers, or utilizing our telecommunications routing network.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to register an account and purchase virtual telephone services.
- Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, multi-factor tokens, and account access. Any action conducted under your customer ID (
SIM-XXXXXX) is your legal responsibility. - Notification of Breach: You agree to notify our support team immediately at support@simlyx.com upon detecting any unauthorized account activity.
3. Virtual Line Allocation & Ownership
SimlyX enables users to lease dedicated virtual phone numbers (Direct Inward Dialing / DID lines) across global Tier-1 carrier networks (including Telnyx LLC):
- Revocable License: Telephone numbers remain the regulatory property of national telecommunications authorities and licensed carriers. Purchasing a subscription grants you a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the allocated number for the duration of your active subscription.
- Unlimited Number Capacity: Individual users and businesses may purchase and manage unlimited virtual lines simultaneously on a single account, subject to continued payment and AUP compliance.
- Carrier Line Reclaiming: If a subscription expires due to insufficient balance, cancellation, or payment failure, the number enters an unrecoverable grace period after which it is released back to the global carrier pool.
4. Voice Calling & SMS 2FA Services
SimlyX facilitates inbound/outbound VoIP voice calls and SMS verification message delivery over cellular data and Wi-Fi networks:
- Network Dependency: Service quality is subject to your local internet connection quality (bandwidth, latency, jitter, packet loss).
- Fair Usage: All voice and SMS traffic must comply with standard point-to-point human telecommunications patterns. Automated continuous broadcasting is strictly prohibited.
5. Third-Party Platform Verification Disclaimers
While SimlyX numbers are optimized to receive SMS 2FA verification codes from popular services (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Uber, PayPal, social media, and fintech apps), users acknowledge that:
Independent third-party platforms establish their own arbitrary verification policies and may block or filter VoIP / virtual DID numbers without notice. SimlyX has no control over external platforms and cannot guarantee that every third-party service will accept virtual phone numbers. Non-acceptance by a specific third-party platform does not constitute a defect in SimlyX telecom infrastructure.
6. Subscriptions, Pricing & Auto-Renewal
SimlyX operates transparent, prepaid monthly pricing models:
- Standard Monthly Rates: USA Virtual Numbers ($1.50/month), UK Virtual Numbers ($2.00/month), Canada Virtual Numbers ($2.00/month), Australia Virtual Numbers ($4.50/month). 50+ additional country destinations available in-app.
- Auto-Renewal: Virtual number line subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly cycle. You may disable auto-renewal at any time inside the app settings prior to the renewal date.
- Payment Methods: All payments are processed through certified partners including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, and Binance Pay (Crypto).
7. Prohibited Conduct & Telecom Anti-Abuse
You agree never to use SimlyX infrastructure for unlawful or abusive telecommunications activities, as detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations include:
- Transmitting unsolicited bulk marketing text messages (SMS Spam) or automated robocalls.
- Caller ID spoofing, financial fraud, impersonation, or phishing.
- Engaging in threatening, harassing, obscene, or fraudulent communications.
- Interfering with, probing, or attacking SimlyX servers or carrier partner PSTN gateways.
8. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
SIMLYX SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMLYX AND ITS CARRIER AFFILIATES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND UNINTERRUPTED UPTIME.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SIMLYX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK.
